Drama Boosters

The Mission of the South Carroll High School (SCHS) Drama Boosters is to serve as a non-profit Volunteer organization providing support and services to promote the continued development and growth of the SCHS Theatre program.

What do Boosters do?

Raise funds to augment the theatre budget. Funds are used for production support, equipment and grant senior scholarships.

Provide mentoring and sweat equity in the production of sets, props, and costumes.

Loan and acquire items for props and scenery

Publicize all events and produce show programs; maintain the Booster webpage

Manage front of house for all events: ticket table, ushers, concessions

Provide hospitality – we feed them on long build, rehearsal and show days

Organize cast gatherings and the end-of-year banquet

Provide financial administration – collect lots of little checks and write big checks.

How can you get in the act?

Become a South Carroll Drama Booster
Attend Drama Booster meetings. New faces and ideas are always welcome!
Volunteer your time and talents
Assist with front of house: concessions, ushering, etc.
Advertising/Publicity: both graphic arts and distribution
Costuming/Sewing
Set Construction and painting
ATTEND SOUTH CARROLL DRAMA EVENTS AND PERFORMANCES!
